Registrations are OPEN from 17th February 2026 and will remain open until 1st September 2026.

Please use the REGISTRATION FORM to complete your registration for the 17th EVN Symposium and Users' Meeting.

Registration Fees

Early Bird (available from 17 February 2026 until 31 May 2026).
£350 - covers all lunches, teas and coffee breaks, conference materials and a welcome reception.
£375 - includes all of the above and the conference dinner.
Regular registration (available from 01 June 2026 until 01 September 2026).
£400 - covers all lunches, teas and coffee breaks, conference materials and a welcome reception.
£450 - includes all of the above and the conference dinner.

* There is an extra fee of £60 if you would like to bring with you an additional person (+1) to the conference dinner.
