Pipeline information
- The pipeline produces a calibrated data set (calibrated continuum without self-calibration) and diagnostic plots (visibilities, tables, flags, etc).
- The pipeline can be executed several times, so it is easy to repeat the whole calibration or individual steps. Every step will remove any previous file (MS, tables, etc) before running again to re-generate them cleanly, so no need to delete any file or table in the process.
- The steps are sequential, so if you repeat any one you should run the later ones as well.
- Open ./weblog/index.html in your web browser to see the weblog outputs
- Calibration tables are stored in ./weblog/calib, and preliminary images in ./weblog/images
- The calibrated data (MS file), calibration tables, plots and the content of the weblog can be downloaded from the link in the "Download data" tab.

Easy way to re-run the pipeline
There are two main blocks: pre-processing and calibration. Most probably you will only need to repeat the calibration part. Recommended course of action:
The weblog will be updated after each step so you can track what is happening. The file eMCP.log contains details of what the pipeline is doing and some parameters used.
All details about the pipeline can be found in

Acknowledging e-MERLIN and the pipeline
Papers that result from e-MERLIN observations should carry the standard acknowledgement:
"e-MERLIN is a National Facility operated by the University of Manchester at Jodrell Bank Observatory on behalf of STFC, part of UK Research and Innovation."
Please cite the e-MERLIN CASA Pipeline (eMCP) in any resulting publications of this data:

Papers that are funded by the EC* should also carry the following acknowledgement(s):
"This project has received funding from the European Union?s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101004719."
"This [infrastructure] participates in a project that has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101004719."
